Venue: Thames Riverside Walk from Kew Bridge
Meeting point: Kew Bridge station at 10.30am for a 10.45 start
This will be a mixture of my reminiscences of living on the river, opposite Kew Gardens, at the end of the 1960s and a gentle walk along the north bank of the River Thames starting at Kew Bridge before moving inland and ending up at Chiswick House.
Kew Bridge station is on the Southwestern Railway routes from Waterloo. Alternatively, travel to Gunnersbury on District or Mildmay lines and the take a 110, 237 or 267 bus to Kew Bridge.
