The Shape of London group has decided to rerun a number of their presentations and make them available on Zoom to those members who may have mobility issues, or anyone else who may be interested in the subject.
This talk, given by Alison Watson, will investigates the many hidden rivers of London. The city was criss-crossed by waterways, but as it expanded, most of them were covered over and became part of the sewer system. But their memories remain, echoing through road layouts, place names and art.
