This class is called Keep Moving! for a good reason - because if you don't you might find that everything is stiffening up and getting more difficult! Our exercises can be done seated, standing, or standing with support, and some are done to music! They will help to improve flexibility, balance and aerobic health. Above all we aim to have some fun while maintaining and improving our fitness.
